At the heart of Riccon is a skilled and efficient carpentry crew whose expertise spans new home construction, renovations, and landscaping. With nearly a decade of experience, our team has been transforming visions into reality in Melbourne’s bayside areas and the Mornington Peninsula. Now based in the serene mountain town of Kinglake, we take pride in building stunning homes that harmonise with their beautiful surroundings.
Our Founder
Riccon was established in 2015 by me, Ric Pearson, a carpenter who transitioned into a builder with a commitment to delivering top-tier craftsmanship and building services. Over the years, our projects have grown in scope and complexity, mirroring the growth of our team and our evolving expertise. As someone who cherishes the mountains and natural beauty, I find immense satisfaction in creating homes that are not only visually appealing but also designed to be energy-efficient and environmentally responsible.
